HSH Treasury

His Serene Highness' Treasury (HSH Treasury) that is also known as the Commonwealth Exchequer is a state body of the Union State of British Commonwealth responsible for developing and executing the union's public finance policy and economic policy of the Commonwealth.

HSH Treasury assets and finances are managed by The Commonwealth Crown and effectively are an extension of the financial activities of The Commonwealth Crown.

As per Articles 24 to 26 of the Constitution of the British Commonwealth of Nations, the sole organiser of the Commonwealth Budget is the Athens Council.

The Commonwealth Budget within the remit of the treasury was effectively solely funded by HSH The Duke of Commonwealth, which effectively has made The Commonwealth Crown the ultimate manager of the Commonwealth Budget on behalf of the people of the British Commonwealth, and exerciser of sole control on the economic policy of the Commonwealth. The public assets of the British Commonwealth belong to the people of the Commonwealth (citizens of the Union State), and are ultimately managed by The Commonwealth Crown.

As of May 1, 2022, the assets under management of The Commonwealth Crown are 0.855 trillion GBP whereas The Commonwealth Crown holds a total of 0.653 trillion GBP in liabilities.

Our official gold holdings are 0.334 trillion GBP including the African Crown Estate, British Ukraine, and the Commonwealth.

Excluding gold reserves, The Commonwealth Crown holds a total of 163.51 billion GBP of foreign exchange reserves, mostly foreign currency.

The assets under management of The Commonwealth Crown includes the total property of citizens of the British Commonwealth that are managed by the trade body of the Commonwealth, the financial assets of citizens of the British Commonwealth that are managed by the HSH Treasury, the public assets of the British Commonwealth that are the assets of the HSH Treasury including the foreign exchange reserves of the Commonwealth, as well as the total reserves of British Ukraine.

As of May 1, 2022, the wealth of the people via The Commonwealth Crown is 0.571 trillion GBP and the total assets book value is 1.225 trillion GBP.

This includes the wealth of the Greek and Norwegian people that is the value of the estate that is part of Royal Hellas.
