It is fundamental guidance setting the global standard for deep cooperation and partnership.
Global Britain means the Global Britain Framework (Global law) and represents the geopolitical standard that regulates how political, social and economic relationships and unity with the United Kingdom should work, and how such should be applied between member nations within the Commonwealth.
The Supreme Congress aims to enable and further the goals of Global Britain in the sense that it serves as a unifying platform for the tangible route and real tools created for the public, industry, governments and business to grasp the new opportunities of free trade, investment and cooperation.
Global law in its collective form is made of internationally recognised templates of relations to achieve global peace, unity, cooperation and prosperity for every human being.
HM Government offered the version of Global Britain that was based on a vision of a truly Global Britain based on the three pillars (these being, good partners to the EU, champion of free and open trade, and being a force for good) and a general Global Britain strategy that was the result of the governments’ “Integrated Review of Security, Defence, Development and Foreign Policy”.
This review, strategy and vision for the future of the United Kingdoms’ foreign policy after Brexit, lacks any real tools or tangible route for the government or the public to grasp these new opportunities of free trade, investment and cooperation, as it so promised, instead British business, industry, the government and the public in general being faced with more problems than before Brexit.
Global Britain was debated in the main chamber of the Parliament of the United Kingdom on January 11, 2021, which was then later in the month heavily criticized by the House of Lords for not being well thought out, and whom following written evidence supplied by British Ukraine, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and others, decided to form the Committee on Ukraine and launched a series of inquiries, most of which are ongoing.
Specifically, when the above-mentioned integrated review was published by the government in March 2021, many members of parliament and British society expressed their disapproval of the document.
Whilst the House of Lords has limited oversight over the government, it does have a number of statutory powers that it exercised, using a writ to create and fund the British Office for Ukraine on February 17, 2021. The non-ministerial department is accountable directly to Parliament, and is a fully independent department of the British Government that was created to unite, initiate, coordinate and oversee the efforts of HM Government to establish the Global Britain Framework.
The Global Britain Framework is an enhanced version of Global Britain and a real solution.
The Framework does not contradict, nor the strategy, nor the vision of a truly Global Britain offered by HM Government, but rather enhances it by providing a platform with real and tangible tools and a route for the British government, business and the public to engage with the world at large, for developing trade, mutually beneficial investment and cooperation as well as collaborate on common global and local goals, with the United Kingdom leading such efforts.
The Global Britain Framework is the future of United Kingdom foreign policy, and aims to achieve as above by establishing internationally recognised templates of relations, to regulate how political, social and economic relationships and unity with the United Kingdom should work, and how such should be applied between member states within the Commonwealth, setting the geopolitical standard and example for all, to achieve global peace, unity, cooperation and prosperity for every human being.
An element of the Global Britain Framework is guidance on what is Global Britain, and the British Office for Ukraine was tasked with the responsibility of developing and providing guidance to the public on Global Britain, what it is, what it includes, how to participate and engage with it, and how it works within the Commonwealth and for the world at large.
British Ukraine is an important element of the Global Britain Framework.
Essentially Ukraine, or British Ukraine as it is now in process of becoming, is the first country that is fully committed on all levels to developing the first templates of relationships of the Framework, it was also the first strategic relationship of the United Kingdom within the British Commonwealth, and it was the first ordinary assembly of the Supreme Congress.
The people of Ukraine intend their country to become a Commonwealth realm (new type) and make the necessary regulatory and legislation changes, and the people of Ukraine, who are agreeable to becoming a British Ukraine, have demonstrated a certain amount of allegiance and an inclination to building closer and stronger bonds with the United Kingdom.
Ukraine wishes to move away from problematic influences of currently inherent geopolitics, with the people and government of Ukraine willing to learn from the United Kingdom and under its supervision build a new regulatory framework around the economy, the judiciary and public sectors, enabling the eradication of corruption and moving closer to a prosperous nation.
An independent Ukraine under British guidance is important for global geopolitics and would serve as a strong demonstration that the soft power of the United Kingdom is alive and well in the 21st century.
The relevance of British value would be strongly supported by the government and society of Ukraine adopting British standards in terms of democracy and rights of the people, educational system, being a force for good and of judicial and public governance, ultimately moving closer to a creative society.
On April 30, 2021, British Ukraine signed with British Office for Ukraine an Exclusive Agreement on Cooperation, in the context of which the United Kingdom and Ukraine will build closer ties with each other and develop all forms of bilateral relations – building said templates of relationships.
This first and foremost meant that the Committees of Ukraine, of British Ukraine, engaged with their counterparty Global Britain Committees of the United Kingdom, within the British Office for Ukraine, on every conceivable topic, issue and idea to resolve all manner and form of current problems and generate opportunities and cooperation on all levels of government, society, business and industry.
Both British Ukraine and the British Office for Ukraine are developing government infrastructure and services, offline and online, to be provided to the people of Ukraine and the United Kingdom accordingly, to accommodate and implement in practice the stronger relationship.
All this leads to the fact that it is with British Ukraine that the United Kingdom will first set the standard for free trade, investment and cooperation that is being developed via Global Britain.
The Supreme Congress forms a part of what makes and represents Global Britain to the world, contained initially the assemblies of the United Kingdom and Ukraine, which would enhance and elevate the collaboration and cooperation between the two nations to a new level, and with other member states of the Commonwealth, to develop mutually beneficial free trade, activity and cooperation for all.
Ukraine was granted in 2021 the ordinary membership at the Supreme Congress and participation as a full member at the House of Committees as a practical entry for the people of Ukraine into the bloc of the Commonwealth member nations.
Each assembly of the Supreme Congress has a local representation (member nations local delegation known as the Commonwealth Embassy) jointly known as the British Commonwealth Network, chosen by the Commonwealth Commission.
Such is established to locally deliver the necessary government infrastructure, services and guidance as to enable the citizens to efficiently engage other member states at the Supreme Congress, and outside the Commonwealth. British Ukraine was designated as the Commonwealth Embassy for Ukraine.
Since Ukraine has demonstrated a desire on all levels to work with the United Kingdom on Global Britain, and become a British Ukraine, the British Office for Ukraine was created to mark the value of this joint, mutually beneficial, long term and important partnership that will over the course of the next decades lay the path for the Global Britain Framework.
At the point where the first template of relationships, that is the first template of relations, will be sufficiently developed, launching the Global Britain Framework, it is expected that the Supreme Congress and the British Commonwealth Network will have sufficiently grown to sustain a real time operation at a global scale in terms of availability of government services and guidance across the world to make it unnecessary to separately manually build a second template of relations, and thus making redundant the need for further British departments to either deal with Global Britain or a specific member state.
The United Kingdom as the state leading the British Commonwealth, the Supreme Congress and the British Commonwealth Network, will have truly become a Global Britain and secured a leading place in global geo politics in a competitive age delivering on the vision.
