A unitary constitutional commonwealth of people is a Commonwealth State: a new democratic type of Commonwealth realm that is part of the Union State of British Commonwealth created by the «Realm Framework Agreement of 2022» agreed in April 2022 between the The Crown and The Commonwealth Crown creating a path to pure and sovereign democracies.
The participation of the people of Ukraine in the finances, state and public bodies, activities and life of the British Commonwealth, including activities prescribed in the Commonwealth Framework on legislating peoples' law, shall be fixed in the constitution of the people.

Ukraine needs to be a unitary state but in a form that can peacefully support the reality that Ukraine is inhabited by people that natively speak at the very least the Ukrainian, Polish and Russian languages, but not limited to only these languages, and people that may consider themselves as belonging to more than one ethnicity or nationality - therefore the form of government is "unitary" but "of the people" to reflect this diversity.
Ukraine will be stronger as part of the British Commonwealth, it will be a more stable, prosperous and independent nation where the mechanics of the political, legislative and economical systems concern first and foremost the practical aspects of improving the lives of each citizen.
As of May 1st 2022, The Commonwealth Crown is currently making Ukraine the Commonwealth of British Ukraine, as a Commonwealth State under the Realm Framework Agreement of 2022.
The economic policies and financial matters of British Ukraine are handled on behalf of The Commonwealth Crown by a vicedux of The Commonwealth Crown, who acts in the official capacity of Governor-General of British Ukraine.
