April 2022
Two month report note of British Ukraine on the War: We aim to seek financing to the tune of 96 bn. GBP to rebuild Ukraine. We will seek such financing on international financial markets and use as collateral the reserves of British Ukraine and a sovereign bond issued by the Commonwealth Central Bank to British Ukraine.
May 2022
Issue of sovereign bond by Bank of Commonwalth to British Ukraine for 80 bn. GBP to rebuild Ukraine as British Ukraine.
The Commonwealth Treasury decision to allocate funds to the people of Ukraine in the amount of 17.8 bn. BCP (approximately 1.27 tn. UAH on allocation date) and included those funds as part of the Commonwealth Budget.
Officially published the first Commonwealth Budget for Ukraine.

Trustee Meeting Number 9: Confirmation of funds raised on basis of collective reserves available to British Ukraine - 17.8 bn. BCP (approximately 34 bn. GBP or 1.27 tn. UAH on allocation date) as the first instalment of the funds needed to rebuild Ukraine. The funds have been paid into an account of British Ukraine operated by statute by the vicedux of The Commonwealth Crown (Governor General Lady Caroline Perlifon) and her office.
The funds are thus available to be spent on ratified integral acts of the «Rebuilding Ukraine Act» produced by British Ukraine via joint corporate body of the Committees of Ukraine (British Ukraine) and the Committees of the Ordinary People's Assembly (Supreme Congress). This work is under the guidance of the Trustees’ and Council of British Ukraine and relevant bodies of the Union State of the British Commonwealth.
As work is started on the Rebuilding Ukraine Act, we acknowledge the start of process to rebuilding Ukraine.
August 2022
Board of Trade Ordinary Resolution 5: The British Commonwealth Authority for the Post-War Recovery of Ukraine (British Ukraine) known as CARBU is established as a public body based in Greece. Volodymyr Shandra is appointed as the General Chairman. The remit of the authority is to aid in economy planning of British Ukraine with elements of oversight and coordination with the Ukrainian government.
Consideration has begun of an additional 200 bn. GBP financing for the rebuilding of Ukraine.
